2. AI Processing

The User agrees that voice, text, transcription, and technical data may be transferred to third-party AI providers.

Such providers may include OpenAI, cloud AI providers, and telecom providers.

3. Purpose of Processing

Data may be used for Service operation, AI processing, SIP routing, billing, fraud prevention, technical support, and security.

4. Security

CALLCENTEROK takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data.

5. User Rights

The User has the right to contact CALLCENTEROK regarding their data, stop using the Service, and request deletion of the account.
